At Pilotsshop.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
✅ It must be in the original packaging.
✅ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
🚫 Non-returnable items include:

- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
- Final sale or clearance items
⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Late or Missing Refunds

- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns.
